What is the return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. To proceed, you must register a return by contacting us via email before sending the item back.
For a return to be approved, the item must be in unused and original condition, free from odors, stains, or damage. Once we have received and approved the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds are normally processed up to 10 business days.
